Fixing stuff around your Surroundings

I live in Hostel. So I select my room as stuff. I looked at my room everything in our room scattered here and there and felt that there is a need to make our room something better. So that our room good looking, well furnished and everything is managed in its place.
For this Purpose, I talked to my roommates and convince them to make our room better. I have no authority because we are equals. Then I took initiative to make my room good-looking, well furnished and everything is managed in its place. I and my roommates spent a lot of my time on this work and complete it.
During this activity, I was feeling good because my roommates also supported me a lot and at this time I was very confident. After this activity, everyone looked happy because we achieved our goal. Now our room looked very beautiful and we decided that it would be maintained in the same way as looking now.
In this activity, I played the role of leadership in such a way that I take the first initiative and convinced my friends for this activity and I learned many things from it and I’m confident.
